Do the online product images accurately reflect the real colors of the products?

All product images online are matched as closely to the real life product as possible, however color can be altered based on different screen displays and environmental lighting. Please note that dye lots can vary between products as well. If you are worried about deciphering colors online, please reach out to scraps@stradleydavidson.com for further assistance. 

Do the pillows include inserts? 

Yes, all of our pillows include a synthetic down alternative insert! We do not offer pillow covers alone for purchase.

I want to return/refund my order. What do I need to do?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in-store for a full-refund within 10 days of purchase. 

For online returns, you will have 10 days from the delivery date to return your order.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of returned goods, Scraps by Stradley Davidson reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Do you provide custom sizes for any of your products?

Our products are currently only available in the pattern and size shown on our website. If you are interested in a custom order, please email scraps@stradleydavidson.com to discuss further. 

Can I purchase tablecloths from Stradley Davidson?

Our Stradley Davidson Linen Collective rental items are not available for purchase. To place a rental order, please visit Stradley Davidson or email orders@stradleydavidson.com directly!

Can I shop in person?

Yes! Scraps by Stradley Davidson products are available for purchase online and in-person at our showroom in Charleston, South Carolina! Please come shop with us on Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 10:00AM to 4:00 PM.

Does Scraps offer sample swatches?

We understand it can be helpful to see fabrics in person before purchasing. If you are interested in receiving sample swatches, please email scraps@stradleydavidson.com and we would be happy to assist. We also encourage those seeking swatches to visit us in our showroom, so we can find the perfect fit for your space!

The item I loved is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Depending on the product, we will continue to restock sold out items - please check back for availability or sign up to be notified when a specific product is back in stock! 

How do I rent linens from Stradley Davidson?

ONLINE ORDERS

I’ve placed my order, but put the wrong shipping address.

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, meaning we process and ship orders as soon as we can. Because of this, we are rarely able to accommodate changes. If you cannot receive the items at the original address provided, please email us at scraps@stradleydavidson.com and we will do our best to redirect the shipment.

Can I track my order?

You can! Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

I received my order, but a product/products are missing and/or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if you believe an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include the order number, photos and/or further information and our team will be in touch! 

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! We do offer and encourage in-store pickup from our Charleston storefront location! Simply select ‘in-store pick-up’ at checkout. You will receive an email notification when orders are available for pickup.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from our Charleston, South Carolina location. 

Which courier company will my order ship with?

Orders are shipped through UPS Ground Delivery. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact scraps@stradleydavidson.com

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

My order still hasn't arrived.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours from purchase. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact our team directly at scraps@stradleydavidson.com.

RETURNS

I want to return/refund my order. What do I need to do?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in-store for a full-refund within 10 days of purchase. 

For online returns, you will have 10 days from the delivery date to return your order.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned items must be undamaged and include their original packaging for the return to be accepted. 

Can I make an in-store return from an online order?

Absolutely! As long as it’s within 10-days of the delivery date.

Can I return/refund a sale item?

Unfortunately, all sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

Can I exchange an item(s)?

All in-store purchases can be exchanged within 10-days of the original purchase for an item of equal or higher value. Online orders cannot be exchanged; only returns are applicable for online orders.
