All orders are shipped from our warehouse/storefront in Charleston, South Carolina. At this time, we do not ship internationally. UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours from purchase. If you are concerned about the status of your order or would like to request expedited shipping, please contact our team directly at

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in-store for a full-refund within 10 days of purchase. All in-store purchases can be exchanged within 10-days of the original purchase for an item of equal or higher value.

For online returns, you will have 10 days from the delivery date to return your order.  Please email scraps@stradleydavidson to request a return, and a shipping label will be sent to you. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

All returned items must be undamaged and include their original packaging for the return to be accepted, and Scraps by Stradley Davidson reserves the right to decline any returned items that do not meet these requirements. Online orders cannot be exchanged; only returns are applicable for online orders. 

All sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
